Job Title: Videographer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Videographer to create high-quality internet video content that aligns with our creative vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, editing, and post-production, with the ability to shoot both indoors and outdoors. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team or work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality video content, including shooting, editing, and post-production, for various platforms.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and bring projects to life.
• Set up and operate video equipment, including DSLRs, microphones, digital voice recorders, jibs, glidecams, and drones.
• Apply lighting and blocking techniques for both indoor and outdoor shoots, ensuring optimal visual quality.
• Edit video and audio content using software such as After Effects, Premiere/Final Cut, Pro-tools/Audition, and Photoshop.
• Manage video digitizing, transferring, rendering, and exporting processes.
• Create digital compositing and motion graphics to enhance video content.
• Ensure content adheres to best practices for posting on social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.
• Maintain and organize video equipment and materials to ensure readiness for production.
• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and production schedules.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Associate’s degree in Animation, Film, Visual Effects, Multimedia Production, or a related field; certificate or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of videography and video editing experience.

Skills and Competencies

• Creative and detail-oriented with a proven ability to produce engaging video content.
• Proficient in video editing software, including After Effects, Premiere/Final Cut, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of lighting, blocking, and digital compositing techniques.
• Skilled in operating video equipment, including DSLRs, microphones, jibs, glidecams, and drones.
• General knowledge of best practices for publishing on social media platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video and audio editing skills, as well as graphic design knowledge.

Preferred Attributes

• 3D production experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
