  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field; relevant work experience to be considered as well-
  • 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills including writing, editing, and copy-editing
  • Strong understanding of and experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Google+, YouTube, and Pinterest
  • Proficiency software applications, including MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and basic knowledge of Share Point
  • Fluent in English and Spanish languages preferred
  • Handle multiple simultaneous projects with excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a highly creative approach to all phases of paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Youtube
  • Meet deliverables and changing deadlines
  • Understand new trends in the digital marketing space
  • Meets regularly with team members to understand and develop multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Assists with the creation of compelling social-first content that is educational, engaging and platform-specific
  • Monitors social platforms and campaigns
  • Works closely with corporate and franchise management to monitor and develop social media strategy on a local level
