- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field; relevant work experience to be considered as well-
- 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
- Strong communication skills including writing, editing, and copy-editing
- Strong understanding of and experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Google+, YouTube, and Pinterest
- Proficiency software applications, including MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and basic knowledge of Share Point
- Fluent in English and Spanish languages preferred
- Handle multiple simultaneous projects with excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a highly creative approach to all phases of paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Youtube
- Meet deliverables and changing deadlines
- Understand new trends in the digital marketing space
- Meets regularly with team members to understand and develop multi-channel marketing strategies
- Assists with the creation of compelling social-first content that is educational, engaging and platform-specific
- Monitors social platforms and campaigns
- Works closely with corporate and franchise management to monitor and develop social media strategy on a local level
