  • Create overall strategy for social media marketing
  • Monitors and responds to online comments and reviews to enhance customer experience and improve online ratings
  • Manages social media analytics, tagging/tracking and reporting for ongoing enhancements to social media strategy and tactics
  • Monitor daily platforms postings
  • Create email blasts weekly to all mailing lists
  • Manage all social media initiatives to enhance the brand, build our communities and promote our products
  • Prioritize efforts on managed platforms and works to ensure adequate and appropriate content is shared in a timely fashion
  • Identify new and emerging social influencers for engagement opportunities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 year experience in PR, Social Media or Influencer Marketing in a consumer products or similar field is required.
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience
  • Must have high level proficiency of all social media platforms and monitoring tools
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation are necessary
  • Adobe suite experience (preferred not required)
  • Experience managing social media channels and developing social media content for B2B audiences, as well as search engine optimization
  • Experienced in social media platform analytics (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), Google Analytics and using digital metrics to refine and optimize content to support business objectives
  • Skilled in responding to online comments and reviews
  • Strong project management and organizational skills — handles multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deadline driven, well organized and detail oriented
