Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate will create and execute comprehensive social media strategies, manage online interactions to improve customer experience, and use analytics to optimize content and campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, strong project management skills, and a proven track record in social media and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development and Execution
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to grow brand presence and engagement.
    • Manage all social media initiatives to promote products, build community, and enhance brand identity.
    • Prioritize efforts across platforms to ensure timely and relevant content is shared.
  • Content Management
    • Monitor daily platform postings and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
    • Create weekly email blasts for all mailing lists to engage audiences and drive traffic.
    • Identify and engage with emerging social influencers to expand brand reach.
  • Community Engagement
    • Monitor and respond to online comments, reviews, and messages to enhance customer experience and improve online ratings.
    • Foster a positive and engaging online community aligned with the brand’s values and goals.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Manage social media analytics, tagging, and tracking to evaluate performance and ROI.
    • Use digital metrics and platform analytics (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google Analytics) to refine strategies and optimize content.
    • Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Supervision
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
    • Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure quality and consistency in social media efforts.
    • Identify and implement best practices for social media tools and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations, social media, or influencer marketing, preferably in consumer products or a similar field.
    • Two or more years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Proficiency in all major social media platforms and monitoring tools.
    • Experience managing social media content for B2B audiences and optimizing content for search engines.
    • Skilled in social media platform analytics and Google Analytics.
    • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
    • Adobe Suite experience (preferred, not required).
