By submitting this application and participating in the Sign Flyers Broker Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
- Applicants must be actively engaged in the printing, graphic design, or creative industries.
- A valid business license, seller’s permit, or resale certificate is required for approval.
- Applicants must use a company email address for registration. Free web-based email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) are not permitted.
- Businesses must be based in the United States.
Minimum Order Requirements
- Brokers are required to place a minimum of ten (10) orders per month to maintain active status.
- Accounts with fewer than ten orders per month may be converted to a retail account, forfeiting access to wholesale pricing and broker-specific benefits.
Pricing and Discounts
- Approved brokers will receive wholesale pricing on Sign Flyers products and services.
- Brokers may only apply one discount per order (e.g., wholesale discount or promotional discount). Discounts cannot be combined.
- Pricing reflected during checkout will include the broker discount. Prices on the website’s instant calculator will not reflect discounts.
Blind Shipping and Client Privacy
- Brokers may choose to use blind shipping to protect their brand identity. All blind shipments will be delivered in unmarked boxes without Sign Flyers branding.
- Sign Flyers guarantees not to solicit or contact a broker’s clients directly.
Sales Tax
- Orders shipped outside of Georgia are not subject to Georgia sales tax.
- Georgia-based brokers must submit a valid resale certificate and seller’s permit to avoid sales tax.
- Out-of-state brokers shipping to Georgia customers must provide required documentation to ensure tax exemption.
Order Management and Fulfillment
- Brokers are responsible for submitting accurate order details, including design files and specifications.
- Proofing options include a Free PDF Proof or Hard Copy Proof, which must be approved by the broker or their client before printing.
- Tracking information for all orders will be provided through the Job Management Portal upon successful placement of the order.
Account Security and Confidentiality
- Brokers must maintain the confidentiality of their account login credentials. Sign Flyers is not responsible for unauthorized access due to broker negligence.
- The broker’s client list is confidential and will not be accessed or utilized by Sign Flyers for marketing or solicitation purposes.
Termination
- Sign Flyers reserves the right to terminate a broker’s account for failure to meet program requirements, provide accurate information, or comply with these terms and conditions.
- Brokers may terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying Sign Flyers in writing.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Sign Flyers reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Brokers will be notified of any changes via email.
