Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage commerce data, handle phone inquiries, and process orders for shipment. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Account Specialist will also utilize their knowledge of search marketing and digital sales to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Commerce Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date e-commerce data across platforms.
  • Monitor product listings, pricing, and inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Analyze and utilize customer online data to improve service offerings.

Customer Service

  • Manage incoming phone inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding and addressing their needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email with clear and concise communication.

Order Processing

  • Process orders for shipment promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Resolve order-related issues, including returns, exchanges, and tracking requests.

Digital Sales and Marketing

  • Leverage search marketing (SEO/SEM), targeted display/video, retargeting, and mobile marketing strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Assist in executing digital sales initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive revenue.

General Administrative Tasks

  • Utilize MS Office Suite to manage correspondence, maintain records, and create reports.
  • Efficiently navigate and use various computer software programs.
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations and customer service.
  • Digital sales experience is required, with knowledge of SEO/SEM and targeted digital marketing strategies.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Quick learner with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
