Job Title: Client Relations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Relations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, launching and overseeing programs, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, client services, and business-to-business relationship management. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage and oversee the launch of new or existing client programs.
  • Delegate day-to-day client requests to support resources, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Facilitate client interactions, including webinars and conference calls, to address needs and share updates.
  • Identify and document clients’ business needs and requirements to align with organizational goals.
  • Regularly contact assigned accounts to ensure service satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance product and service offerings and share insights with the product team.
  • Work collaboratively with technical staff to communicate client needs and develop effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in program management, client services, or call center management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple business-to-business client relationships effectively.
  • Knowledge of operational and process workflows, with experience in developing solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while handling multiple clients.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients effectively.
  • Experience facilitating client-facing events, such as webinars or strategy sessions.
  • A proactive approach to identifying client needs and delivering exceptional service.
