Job Title: Video Display Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Video Display Manager to oversee and develop digital and online video campaigns that drive client success. In this role, you will manage the preparation, development, and execution of media plans while ensuring effective communication and collaboration across internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital media tools, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strategies for digital/online video campaigns to meet client objectives.
- Prepare, develop, and execute media plans for specific clients or brands, ensuring they align with client standards.
- Participate in and help lead digital media activations and cross-channel campaign management.
- Oversee and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Maintain constant communication with internal and external teams to coordinate efforts and meet deadlines.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow client accounts and improve their business outcomes.
- Monitor agency/client budget and billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain flowcharts and timelines for all projects, ensuring deliverables are met.
- Stay up to date on client business, competitors, and the latest industry trends to inform strategies.
- Balance, prioritize, and assign work across multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in online/digital media management; experience in broadcast and/or analytics is a plus.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use tools like DCM, Google Analytics, comScore, eMarketer, and Forrester.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage expectations and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects.
- Solid understanding of digital media activations and cross-channel campaign management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively.
