Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing clean, intuitive, and functional design, as well as experience in both print and digital media. You will collaborate with our team to create compelling designs for internal and external marketing materials, social media campaigns, and more. This role requires excellent communication and time management skills, as well as proficiency with design software.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop new printed marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, advertising, posters, and direct marketing content.
Create and implement digital assets for social media campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram.
Develop graphics and banners for internet and intranet use.
Collaborate with a diverse team to produce high-quality, functional designs aligned with brand standards.
Create wireframes, mockups, and comps to support design processes and client presentations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Authorized to work in the United States.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 1 year of experience in digital, web, and responsive design.

Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Sketch, InDesign, and/or Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
A strong portfolio demonstrating clean, intuitive, and functional design.
Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and comps.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or PHP is a plus but not required.
Social media campaign experience, particularly with Facebook and Instagram.
