  • BA/BS in marketing or related field with 2+ years of online/digital media management experience; experience in broadcast and/or analytics is a plus
  • Experience managing and developing strategies for digital/online video campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of DCM, Google Analytics and other media related tools (comScore, eMarketer, Forrester)
  • Possess excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude who can manage expectations regarding deadlines
  • Participate in and help lead digital media activations and cross-channel campaign management
  • Manage preparation, development, and execution of media plans for specific clients and/or brands
  • Accountable for supporting the team and ensuring plans are executed in line with client processes and standards
  • Ensure constant communication between various internal and external teams
  • Balance, prioritize and properly assign work associated with multiple, concurrent projects
  • Proactively finds new ways to build the client’s business and grow account
  • Maintains vast knowledge of client’s business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
  • Owns and monitors all agency/client budget and billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Develop and maintain flowcharts and timelines for all projects
  • Maintain client relationships
